You have the right to return to us any product for whatever reason within a 14-day period from date of purchase for a full refund on the price of the goods.
If you wish to make a change to the product you have ordered, please contact us email@example.com We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the product, the timing of supply or anything else which would be necessary as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If we cannot make the change or the consequences of making the change are unacceptable to you, you may want to end the contract.
If you decide you no longer want your items, just notify us within the 14-day cancellation period, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to get the returns form. Provided the goods are fit for resale (undamaged, in their original undamaged packaging and are not modified in any way), we will refund or exchange them.
Please be aware that in order for us to process your return, we need to be in possession of your purchased items within 14 days of you notifying us that you would like to return your items. Any refund will be made to the original payment method. Store credit by way of an e-gift card is offered for any returned sale item. Please allow 2-3 business days for your refund or exchange to be completed and we will send you an email once this has been completed.
Please note we take no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us and advise you send via a tracked mail service.
Our shipping times we aim for are 10-25 days.
However using third party shipment companies can never be 100% secure - delays, missing parcels and damaged goods can occur.
To ensure you the customer is protected, after 55 days of when a order is placed you are eligible to a refund and to keep the products if they have not gone missing in transit.
All customers will receive a refund if a parcel has got lost in transit.
Delays due to customers not paying custom charges or picking up parcels from local postal offices is the responsibility of you the customer and will not be refunded.
Any items that have been modified intentionally or unintentionally, or any items that have had repair attempts carried out on them are not eligible for refunds. We are not responsible for any modifications carried out to any products by customers after dispatch and do not accept liability for any damage caused as a result of any tampering after the product has been dispatched. In this situation, we are not obliged to offer a refund or exchange.
If the items we have sent you are not the ones you ordered, if we have sent you the incorrect number of items or if there are any missing items, please contact us within 14 days. Any communications made after this will not be eligible for refunds.
If you receive an item and it is damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours. If we are unable to resolve the problem directly, the item in question must be returned in its original packaging for inspection. Once the item has been inspected and the fault confirmed, we will issue a replacement or a refund. If we are unable to find a fault with the item, we will return the item to you and an additional charge for delivery will be taken.
If you have modified your item before the return then any warranty that would be applied will become void, and a refund will not be given.
