Return and Exchange Policy
At Haus of Interiors, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We deliver top-quality products, carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Upon receipt of your order, we strongly encourage you to inspect the product while it's still in the packaging. This allows for early identification of any potential issues or damages.
Should you encounter any problems, our Customer Care team is ready to assist. For returns and exchanges, please adhere to the following guidelines:
Damaged or Defective Items:
Contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours if you receive a damaged or defective product. Reach out via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or chat on our Instagram and Facebook pages. We'll arrange for pickup and replacement.
- Initiate returns within 14 days of receipt.
- Report damaged items within 48 hours.
- Returns of Flash Sale items receive refunds as Store Credit and must also be initiated within 14 days.
- Pack items in original packaging with all components.
- Items should be in new condition with no damage or cut wires.
- Securely wrap glass globes in original packaging.
Non-Defective Item Returns:
Please review the product information on our website thoroughly before making a purchase and before installation. If you return a non-damaged item due to a change of mind or incorrect size estimates, after installation, a 15% handling and repackaging fee may apply. Please note that returns of 'Flash Sale' items are eligible for Store Credit only.
We can't refund products that have been used, installed, or tampered with in any way that makes reselling impossible. We'll inspect each returned item. Items not meeting our criteria may be declined and no refund issued. You'll have 14 days to choose whether we should return the item to you (at your expense) or dispose of it.
Please track your shipment, especially when it reaches customs. Promptly respond to any customs requests and keep us informed via email.
Claim your package in time. Unclaimed packages are not eligible for refunds and will be reshipped at your expense.
- Shipping charges and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
- In some cases, we issue refunds as store credit.
