Reporting Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective products, we are here to assist you promptly.

Returning or Exchanging a Non-Defective Item:
We provide comprehensive product information on our website, including photos, videos, specifications, dimensions, and shipping timeframes. We strongly encourage you to review this information carefully before making a purchase. Please note that if the item is not in new condition, or if the packaging is
damaged or not original, we reserve the right to either refuse returns or apply a manufacturer’s restocking fee of 15% of the total product cost. This policy also applies if the reason for the return is a misunderstanding of the provided information.

Timeframe for Eligible Returns:

  • All returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • For damaged lights or globes, please report the issue within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Items purchased during a Flash Sale or Warehouse Sale must be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt, and refunds will be issued in the form of Store Credit.

Packaging and Condition:

  • Returned items must be packed in their original packaging, including all parts and components.
  • The returned items must be in new and unused condition, free from any damage or cut wires.
  • Glass globes must be securely wrapped in their original packaging.

Product Condition:
Partial refunds will be granted for products that have been used, installed, damaged, or tampered with in any way that hinders our ability to obtain future value from the product. Haus of Interiors retains full discretion in assessing a product's fitness for return.


Unclaimed Parcels:
  • Non-Refundable: Please note that unclaimed packages will not be eligible for a refund. We encourage our customers to track their shipments and make arrangements to receive their orders promptly.
  • Reshipment: If you wish to have an unclaimed package reshipped, please be aware that additional shipping charges may apply. The cost for reshipment will be determined based on the package size, weight, and the final destination.
